Susan Miller is not a 5 star but at 10 star real estate agent! She makes you feel that you are her only client and gives you the utmost personal attention and time. She provided such good advice that enabled us to sell our home in a week we asked her to help us purchase a home even though it was in an area she was unfamiliar with. No task is too daunting for Susan and she sees everything in real estate as a challenge. She learned the unfamiliar territory in such a short period of time that she ended up advising the native born real estate agent on the comparables for the house we wanted to buy. She is an incredibly good negotiator and very savy yet very personable. As a result of her incredible negotiating skills, we greatly negotiated down the price of the house we purchased. I can't recommend her highly enough!
